- Scripts and audio: The text you submit, any voice sample you upload for cloning, and the audio you generate with HeyGen Voice.
- Payment information: Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription and order status, not your full card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our services
- To notify you about changes to our services
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
- To monitor the usage of our services
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Scripts, voice samples and generated audio
- Your text and any voice sample are sent to fal.ai, which runs the HeyGen Voice models, only to generate the audio you request. Voice samples are not stored in our database.
- Generated audio is stored privately in our storage (Cloudflare R2) and can only be played or downloaded from your account. Deleting an item from your history deletes the audio file. Deleting your account deletes your history.
Third-Party Services
We use these providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), fal.ai (speech generation), Stripe (payments) and an email provider for account emails. Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service.
